Pick your city for local response times

Response times below are realistic averages from dispatch, not marketing numbers. Traffic on 75 through Allen at 5 p.m. is a real thing and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

McKinney, TX

Response: 15–25 minutes
Our home base. Trucks stage near US-75 and Custer, so most McKinney calls are covered fast.

Frisco, TX

Response: 20–30 minutes
Heavy call volume around Frisco Square and the Star district — we keep a truck on the west side.

Allen, TX

Response: 15–25 minutes
Ten minutes down 75. Allen is one of our fastest response cities.

Plano, TX

Response: 25–35 minutes
Strong commercial and office demand — master key systems and access control are our top Plano jobs.

Prosper, TX

Response: 20–30 minutes
New construction everywhere, which means a lot of builder-key rekeys on move-in day.

Melissa, TX

Response: 15–25 minutes
Just north of us on 75 — one of the quickest runs we make.

Princeton, TX

Response: 25–35 minutes
Fast-growing east Collin market with a lot of first-time homeowners rekeying after closing.

Anna, TX

Response: 20–30 minutes
North on 75 past Melissa. Mostly residential rekeys and smart lock installs.

Celina, TX

Response: 25–35 minutes
Big lots and new builds. We carry extra deadbolt stock for Celina runs.

Fairview, TX

Response: 15–25 minutes
Shares a ZIP with McKinney, so response times here are among our best.

FAQ

Locksmith questions, answered straight

What areas do you cover?
McKinney is our base. We cover Collin County broadly — Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Melissa, Princeton, Anna, Celina, Fairview, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Lucas and neighboring communities — plus parts of north Dallas County and east Denton County.
No mileage surcharge inside the service area. The service call fee is the same whether you’re on Virginia Parkway or in Celina. If you’re outside our area we’ll say so on the phone rather than send someone and bill you for the drive.
Call and ask. If we can reach you in a reasonable time we’ll quote it; if we can’t, we’ll tell you straight rather than keep you waiting.
Overnight is often faster because traffic on US-75 and SH-121 is clear. Dispatch is staffed around the clock, so the phone is answered at the same speed either way.

Locked out? Let's fix that.

Tell us what happened and where you are. You’ll get a firm price on the phone and a licensed technician on the way — day, night, weekend or holiday.
